Sufficient for up to 22.5 Ltr Use one level teaspoon for 4.5 Ltr - 22.5 Ltrs of wine. Mix with a little warm water before adding to the must.
For full bodied red and white wines. Quick start, rapid ferment, low foam. Sprinkle sachet contents ont surface of juice, wait for 15 minutes, then stir.
