Damaged / Defective Goods

We check everything we send to ensure it is in good order when it leaves us, but if it arrives to you damaged or defective we will replace it or refund your order (our choice). To support your claim and assist us in recovering cost from the shipper we will need photo proof of the damage / defect and may need you to return the goods to us (at our cost).

Cancellation (Cooling off)

Before Shipping

Phone or call us before we have shipped your order and we will refund it in full straightaway (subject to banking delays and our opening times).

After Shipping

Just return the unused, undameged goods, along with proof of purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Remember to retain proof of postage and consider taking insurance for returns - just in case the shipper has a clumsy day.

Unable to Deliver to You

If the courier or Royal Mail cannot deliver to you (insufficient instructions, no one home, etc) they will follow their standard practice to try to complete delivery. If however they still cannot complete the order they may return goods to us. In this case we will contract you and try to make batter arrangements. Ultimately we will store your order for 28 days and after that we will refund the order, less our shipping costs (recipts can be provided).
